The Hamptons at Woodland Pointe Apartments

I love living at the Hamptons! 1) Diane was the most helpful and kind person to help me through this entire process - from viewing the apartment to actually moving in, she helped the entire way through and I am so grateful! 2) My apartment is GORGEOUS and feels like a townhome. I love having a giant garage and an upstairs unit - it truly feels like a townhome and not an apartment. Surrounded by trees gives it a treehouse feel. 3) The location is superb. A short walk or drive to the lake, not too far from nashville. 4) Maintenance team is great 5) Grounds are beautiful. I love that it’s a gated community, it feels extra safe. 6) Valet trash is a huge plus I don’t have anything bad to say about this place. I still have to check out the pool and gym soon but I’m excited to take advantage of all the amenities. ☺️

Great complex to live in overall however you have to be very conscious of parking if you live here. There is a third party booting company that takes advantage of guests and residents whenever they can to make commission for them and property. They charge $75 to get a boot removed so don’t expect to allow a guest to spontaneously visit after office hours if you can’t get a pass in time… unless they plan on parking in the few future resident spaces at the office or in your garage. Parking rules were not clear and up front when signing onto the apartment which was frustrating as a tenant that follows all the rules.
